Jonathan & Alaina Lorch
Jonathan and Alaina Lorch joined ABF in 2016, being sent from Hunters Creek Community Church in Lapeer, MI. The Lorches have been blessed with two children, Nehemiah and Kylette. When asked what their greatest area of passion for the local church is, Jonathan, an alumnus of ABC, said "Family. I have a burden to see the family as a whole growing and being discipled in their walk with God. If the parents aren't leading their children in this path then we see so many young people shallow in their faith, or walking away altogether." Both have demonstrated this passion through faithful and ongoing service with children's ministries, such as AWANA and children's choir, in the local church.

Why are you passionate about your role at ABC?
I thoroughly love the opportunity to work at Alpine Ministries and challenge and encourage youth (and adults) in a spiritual way, as I challenge them through physical activities that stretch them to outside their everyday comfort zone.
I want to help fulfill the ministry's goal of educating, equipping, and edifying the saints (young and old), and I enjoy the "tools" we use at Alpine Adventures to help accomplish this goal.
