Which foods are mentioned most often in the Bible? That's just a taste of Appalachian Feud: students vs. faculty. The student team—Ryan, Heather, Anna, Mitchell, and captain Caleb—put on an impressive showing but couldn't quite beat their rivals. All part of the fun at Friday's All-School Reception.
Appalachian Bible College is seeking comments from the public about the college in preparation for its periodic evaluation by its national accrediting agency, the Association for Biblical Higher Education Commission on Accreditation (COA). The college will host a visit on November 6-8, 2019, from a team of peer reviewers representing the COA which will review the institution’s ongoing ability to meet their Standards for Accreditation. Appalachian Bible College has been accredited by the COA since 1967.
Comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs. Comments should be received by October 9, 2019.

Catch the Lady Warriors in action on Tuesday as they host Alice Lloyd College, 6:00 PM.
Though the people (and outfits) are ever-changing, the purpose of ABC’s music groups is still to glorify God through His gift of music. At this year’s Homecoming, alumni are invited to join their voices with current students in the Alumni/Student Choir which will sing at Friday’s Celebration Banquet.

Speaker Sarah McCoy serves as a pastor's wife alongside her husband Bobby in Tennessee. She finds great joy in sharing her personal testimony of God's work through her husband's paralysis. She desires to see women seek God and be students of His Word while impacting the world around them.

Registration is open for the 5th annual Beautiful Feet raising funds for Missions Conference. "How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings..." (Isaiah 52:7). abc.edu/5k
Several students formed a Disc Golf club team and will be competing in West Virginia and neighboring states. Stay tuned to hear how Joel, Jonathan, Ian, and Caleb do this season, and pray for their opportunities to represent Christ among unbelievers.
