This fall ABC welcomed to our staff Stacie McCary, RN. An alumna of the College, Miss McCary has returned to serve as our campus nurse.
"God led me back to ABC through His divine intervention and interaction with Dr. Anderson at a Jubilate concert that I attended, where he presented the opportunity of the nursing position. The Lord worked through that to lay upon me a 'for such a time as this' consideration."
Miss McCary brings with her a depth of missions and medical experience—teaching in China and Korea, nursing in a bush clinic of Papua New Guinea, and working in various medical facilities Stateside. All of it is valuable in a Bible college setting.
"I can take the training and skills that the Lord has graciously allowed me to learn and use them to impact the lives of those who are training to go out and share the good news."
Increasing her impact, she also serves on the women's basketball coaching staff, and as an assistant to the Vice President for Student Services.
As a new missionary with Appalachian Bible Fellowship, Stacie McCary is seeking people to partner with her in prayer and financial support. Find out more about her ministry and how you can be a part: abc.edu/about-abc/ABF/mccary.php

Held every October on the New River Gorge Bridge nearby, Bridge Day is West Virginia's largest one-day festival. ABC students used face painting and tracts to share the gospel among the crowds of people. For at least nine souls, this day also became a bridge to eternal life as they trusted Christ for salvation. Praise God!
